Here at Vibrant Naturals, we stand behind the quality of our products and value the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement product (“Satisfaction Guarantee”) as detailed below.
HOW IT WORKS:
The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to orders placed by end-user customers on vibrantnaturals.ca for shipping within Canada & the U.S.

The Satisfaction Guarantee is valid only once per product.

You must initiate a return and ship the item back to Vibrant Naturals (at your expense) with a valid receipt in order to process the return.

You must have purchased product(s) from Vibrantnaturals.ca

We do not refund shipping costs associated with your original purchase.

You must comply with all requirements of the Return Policy and meet the Applicable Return Deadline.

We reserve the right to deny return or replacement if we determine that a customer is abusing the Satisfaction Guarantee.
THIRD-PARTY sales excluded:
If you made your purchase through Amazon or another third party website or retail store, you must reach out to the third party retailer for any returns or refunds.
